During this week, a group of volunteer leaders from our community travelled to Israel to meet members of the Ein Hashlosha Quibuts affected by the October 7 massacre.
The delegation had the opportunity to meet with relatives of the affected community and deliver the resources collected in the extensive donation campaign carried out by the entire Jewish community in support of the Quibuts.
In addition to this important delivery, during their trip they had extremely emotional encounters. They met with Israel Defense Forces spokesperson, Rony Kaplanin Tel Aviv. They also visited the Re’im, area, where the NOVA electronic music festivalwas held, as well as the headquarters of the Israeli news channel I24News. Finally, they had the opportunity to visit Kikar Hajatufim in Tel Aviv, known as the kidnapping square, where families meet to demand the release of those who remain deprived of freedom in Gaza.
This visit has undoubtedly left a profound mark on the lives of the members of the kibutz and our community.. Am Israel Jai!
