Noa Rosentberg, madricha of Yachad, has decided to immerse herself in six months of training in the Shnat Hachsharah programme in order to further strengthen her preparation for tnuah. Noa participated in the Majon LeMadrichim, where she shared her experience during these first months of the programme:
“Since my arrival, I have had the opportunity to meet new people who have helped me exchange ideas on how to improve our Tnuah. In addition, I have had the opportunity to explore and understand Israel from a historical perspective, by visiting and learning about the archaeological remains in the city of Shiloh, the first capital of Eretz Knaan, where our patriarch Abraham settled with his family. Finally, I have been receiving training from the teachers of the Machon LeMadrichim. This experience has been incredibly enriching, and I will continue to share the next stages of the plan at a later date.”
The Mahon LeMadrichim is an intensive four-month educational programme designed for Tnuot Noar Jewish-Zionist madrichim outside of Israel.
